La Segreteria dell'Istituto Comprensivo di Sospiro ha sede in via IV Novembre, 34 a Sospiro.

Coordinata dal Dirigente dei Servizi Amministrativi, svolge nello specifico le funzioni di:

  • Segreteria del Personale (predispone, istruisce e redige gli atti amministrativi dell'Istituto relativi al personale)
  • Segreteria Didattica (gestisce le attività di supporto relative all'organizzazione didattica e cura i rapporti di tipo amministrativo con i docenti)
  • Protocollo (assicura la registrazione di tutti i documenti della scuola)
  • Contablità (predispone atti contabili relativi al Piano dell'Offerta Formativa)

Orario di apertura

Dal lunedì al sabato dalle 8.00 alle 9.00, dalle 11.00 alle 13.00.
