Il Ministero dell’Istruzione, dell’Università e della Ricerca in data 13 febbraio 2009, ha emanato l’ordinanza n. 18, relativa alle disposizioni per la mobilità del personale della scuola, riferita al prossimo anno scolastico 2009/2010.
Il termine ultimo per la presentazione delle domande di trasferimento è fissato:
 
al 9 marzo 2009 per tutto il personale docente, educativo ed A.T.A.
